I also found that the longer time I spend on walking, the less time I spend on video call with my parents.
Data recorded duration: From 11 Oct, 2022 to Dec 14, 2022

---|---|---|---|---|---|
Walking Duration | minute | per day | 0-250 | Stacked area | To explore the relationship between walking and my happiness level |
Viceo Call with Parents Duration | minute | per day | 0-60 | Stacked area | Video call with my parents is also a daily event for me to see if it would affect my happiness |
Happiness Level | number | per day | 0-100 (0=feel nothing, 100=extremely happy) | Scatterplot | I want to narrow a specific emotion from my mood, and I believe happiness is a significant emotion in my life. |
Based on my visualization and enough data I collected, I could summarize that the more time I spend on walking, the happier I am, which prove my hypothesis. I also could observe from the chart that as my walking duration increases, my video call with parents duration decreases. The alternative conclusion is I spend less time on walking on weekends compare to weekdays, which indicates that I prefer to relax at home on weekends.
